2025 Summer Schedule

June 9, 2025 – July 25, 2025

We will not hold classes on Thursday, July 4^th in Observance of Independence Day.

Tuition Costs

Summer Classes

Tuition is due and will automatically be processed on the June 2nd and July 1st via JackRabbit.
First Class Tuition: $65/month
Tuition for each class after the first is an additional $45/month, including sibling classes.

Summer Camps

Tuition is due on the first day of Camp.
Cost: $150

Summer Intensives

Tuition is due on the first day of the Intensive.
Cost: $120

Payments

There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee per family. For WEEKLY classes only. (Does not apply to Camps/Intensives.)
Tuition will automatically be processed on the days listed above via JackRabbit. No checks or cash will be accepted.
A late fee of $30 will be added if payment method is declined unless other arrangements are made.
You can update your form of payment at any time in the parent portal.
No refunds can be given in the case of natural disasters or missed classes.
If you decide to withdraw from the studio, we must receive a 30-day written notice or you will be responsible for that tuition. No exceptions! Please email your notice to blessedSOFdancers@gmail.com.

Class Time

Please do not drop your child off at the studio more than 5 minutes prior to her/his class.
Always send your dancer into the building fully dressed for class in proper class attire, with street shoes on and dance shoes in a bag, and a bottle of water labeled with your child’s name. Before entering the dance room, dancers will change into dance shoes.
All classes are “closed curtain”, which means teachers, helpers, and students only in the classroom. This helps minimize distractions for the students. However, each class is equipped with audio and video surveillance for everyone’s safety.
Please have your child change back into street shoes before leaving the building. Dance shoes are for the studio room only and should never be worn outside.

Music

All classes will be conducted to Christian music. However, we will also be using Classical for our Ballet classes, as well as some age-appropriate children’s music for our younger students.

Traffic Information

To help make sure our traffic flows as smoothly as possible:

Please drop off 5 minutes early, and pick up 5 minutes late.
Please follow the arrows around the building to drop off under the covered area
The covered area is a 10-second drop-off/pick-up area
No parking in fire lanes.

Dress Code

Required class attire can be purchased here: www.shopnimbly.com/sofdance. Select “Lumberton” as the category.
Camps, Intensives, and Workshops are the only exceptions. For these classes, your child can wear class dancewear or any modest clothing the dancer can comfortably move in.

Insurance

It is required that all dance students be covered by their own family insurance policies. If an injury occurs, it is understood that the student’s own policy is the only source of reimbursement.

Keeping Parents Informed

Communication will be electronic, including newsletters. Please make sure we have a current e-mail address! All information will be e-mailed and posted on our website. Steps of Faith also has a facebook page! We also strongly encourage parents to sign up to receive our text messages. On your cell phone – in the “To:” field, type 81010. In the message area, type @sofda.

SOF reserves the right to change all aspects of our business at any time. SOF reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment at any time. This is especially possible when a parent does not help us uphold Christian standards of behavior and character.
